a flood of circle a flood of circle or "afoc", came together in 2006 and are comprised of Ryosuke Sasaki (Vocalist, Guitars), Kazutaka Watanabe (Drums), HISAYO (Bass), Tetsu Aoki (Guitar).
Absorbing elements of contemporary music, the band's rock & roll style continues to change and evolve.
Their major debut came with joining Victor's Speedstar in 2009.
In 2014, their song "GO" caused a stir when it was used in an Asahi Shimbun commercial which used the FIFA World Cup as a theme and was later selected for the ending theme of an NHK anime.
On the 10th year anniversary in 2016, they released an album of greatest hits and began an overseas tour.
In November 2017 they released Triple A-Side single "13 funkan no akumu" (13 Minute Nightmare), produced by UNISON SQUARE GARDEN's Tomoya Tabuchi.
Their song "Utsukushi Akumu" was chosen as the theme song for BS Nippon TV show "Yokai! Hyakiya Kotogakko".
In March of 2019, their new album CENTER OF THE EARTH was released, with single "The Key" being chosen as the ending theme for TV anime "Gunjō no Magmell".
Their latest album "HEART", with lyrics and music created by the band, is set to drop in November of 2019.
